My dreams are becoming more real that every morning i wake up getting confused over what's real and what's not. Most times my dreams are ridiculous enough that i wont get confused, like the other day i had a dream where taylor swift got sick and was treated by Dr. Gregory House. When I woke up I'm very sure that is a dream. But these few days I keep getting reality confused D:
